Knowledge is good but if you seek it at the expence of neglecting your other responsibilities like putting that knowledge into action, physical activity, slept etc then it will cause sadness and depression

Everything in moderation. I think it’s not so much the knowledge that causes it but the neglect of other responsibilities which makes us balanced people

I’d say say knowledge but not excessively or ambitiously

Practice what you preach I suppose. Put into action the things you believe and do them…hbu what do you think friend?

If you think a lot and have come to the conclusion we need to help people then help people. Volunteer, donate, etc etc
