I had a sachet of Oatsosimple apple and blueberry porridge. I am very hit and miss when it comes to having breakfast.

You’re fine asking about food. I’m going out to lunch with my stepdaughter and granddaughters. The eldest granddaughter knows of a very quiet cafe. She knows I get anxious in busy/crowded places.
