I’ve known bpeers that have been up for like a week with mania ie not sleeping for like a week.

Yeah, Mania can last weeks to months.
When I was on an Antidepressant my Mania lasted years!

I didn’t have a lot of cycles. I just was messed up mania throughout the day

Mania can last for a short time, but it often recurrent. Bipolar disorder often coexist with other mental disorders.
