Fine to bump it up . I wonder how many of us have language disturbances . Also what would constitute ‘language disturbances’ .

What fascinates me is the disjoint that can occur between verbal ability and social communication. Best verbal score in a test created by a psychometrician :154-159= 99.984 to 99.996 percentile .

ADOS social communication score 3, which is at autism level , not Asperger’s level .

The linguistic expressions, kinetic behavior outputs and emotional aspects are
the psycho marker to diagnosing schizophrenia when it occurs directly (few hours)

But,the biomarker (even if they exist) is not reliable to diagnosing Sz.
In the criminal cases, the biomarker is not taken as reliable evidence in diagnoses Sz
It depend on the observer experiences which based on observing saying, behaviors and questioning the simple

Yes, my earliest sign of sz dates back to when I was first able to remember so around 6 y.o.
I always had difficulty in language and interpretation. I can’t get the real meaning of what ppl say like a joke. I just laugh bcz they laugh.

I was very strong in other areas than language like math. I would get 20-30% in language classes and 100% in math classes. I think disproportional intelligence, like math vs language, is the earliest sign of sz.

What distinguishes the sz from all kind of the classical diseases that affect humans?
The classical pathogen targets all ages without discrimination (children/youth and the elderly)
while the pathogen of sz targets only those who are Young !

whereas, the ability to bear the symptoms, resistance and the possibility to keep the life !
The last sign of Sz :the best age for pregnancy and childbirth for a girl
