Does anyone else feel like if other people can’t win over you, then they will drag you down? Maybe it’s just me.

I know I wander off a lot… so I don’t know if people win or not… if they do win? Then what do they win?

I was just laughing today because it is so hard for me to find good hard working competent employees for my company right now. and im the one with the mental illness running it … rediculous.
Anymore it is standad.
Don’t know how many times I had to help at my ex’s business because the wonderful employees he hired couldn’t bother to show up for work.
I was considered the “worst” worker acording to him, but I outlasted every employee.

its true, just getting people to show up is half the battle lol
I always told the new people not to worry about not knowing the business well enough to be efficient, because they will learn in time, but if they can show up for work when they are supposed to, and on time, (bonus points if they actually call us the day before they can’t come in) then they will be considered a very valuable employee.
I hated getting that call that I had to take over someone’s position for a few days until he found a replacement because someone didn’t bother to tell him they quit.
