I keep dreaming about marrying a rich women and being a stay at home husband or dad. I can take care of the house and cook lol is there such generous women? I will do laundry, clean, take out garbage, shovel snow etc is that possible lol? I won’t need to work as I can’t.

Dude. You have no idea what your asking for. If you think it’s any easier to watch a kid at home and do the household stuff than having a job, I dont think you have much experience with it. We just watched a 4 year old for like 6 hours. It’s exhausting. lol.

I kinda studied physiotherapy, when i had a gf presz everytime she asked me for a massage we ended up having a nookie, it never worked.

My wife’s female cousin had a higher-paying job, so her husband who is an artist (that’s how we say unemployed in Alberta) stayed home and raised their son. Did a great job. They are still happily married. He works part-time at Chapters and runs the household.

I kind of thought it would be cool to be a stay at home husband too.
The only issue would be how much of my hobbies I could do to cause that was a big part of my life.
I am too old now, I had so much more energy in my 30s to deal with a kid if that ever came to be.

This is how it is with my Sister she is a doctor and her husband stays at home and watches my nephews but they are exhausting

Taking care of the house, kids, and meals is not easy. I did it while raising my 23 year old. I found working much easier than cleaning up everyone’s messes and getting literally no sleep

I feel like you think being a stay at home parent is easy. It’s not. It’s stressful and demanding and takes dedication. It’s very rewarding though. If you have the opportunity to be a stay at home dad, do so because you want to be there for your kids. Not everyone has the opportunity to be stay at home parents. It’s a gift.

I already do house chores except for raising kids which I don’t want anyways.
