Can anyone help me?

Is there anything specific you think I can ask for from the mental health team?

They told me to speak to them if I need anything but to be honest we’ve tried a lot and have no idea what else there is to do

Not sure, I just keep them around on a cordial basis so that when I feel particularly bad I know they can get me an appointment with a doctor.

That pretty much summarises my relations with them

Kinda good to know I am not alone in this

Yes @Joker , I am using a concept. That’s bear most of you can and prescribed lower dose tablet. Then trying to heal by other methods like yoga, religion, excercise and excercise of brain seperately. If it’s ok. Then again reduce the dosage, otherwise increase in the prescription.
But use always some medications.

Looking of Lpg gas flame for 2 minutes in kitchen really helpful. You can improve in just a week.

Maybe you can try alternate therapies to find the one that works for you.

Whatever that means, I don’t think it’s safe.

I think he meant looking at flames from a fire can be calming. Like when you watch a flame flickering around in the dark at a campfire its sort of hypnotic

You have to watch it from a distance of at least 12 to 18 inches. Feel the heat on your eyes. Blue flame, this will helps you.

If you’re up for it maybe ask about using another AP you’ve responded well to in the past as a prn?

It sounds like you’ve been through a lot, and it’s completely understandable to feel stuck when you’ve already tried so many options. Maybe you could ask about alternative therapies, support groups, or even lifestyle-based approaches that focus on routines, social connections, or mindfulness. Sometimes a fresh perspective from the mental health team can open new doors.
