With some xans, than sure.
I’m on edge most of the day. Even if I smoke CBD flower or take an ativan, it helps like 75%. Never “really deeply relaxed and let go” though.
I can usually these days. Sometimes I cant.
Yes CBD sort of helps but I’m still agitated when I’m on CBD if not in certain senses even more so
I know what you mean, CBD helps with my mood, anxiety, catastrophic thoughts but not so much with paranoia, hallucinations or delusions. If I’m agitated from paranoia, then unfortunately there’s not much I can do. Just gotta grind and push through it

I’ve been doing a lot of pmr. A couple weeks ago I had a moment where I was really able to let go. Didn’t last very long though. I’m hopeful that if I keep at it I’ll get there.
Nope. Not me. Ive tried. The closest i get to relaxation deeply is my sleep.
You can’t stay in relaxed state indefinitely. You shouldn’t. Relaxing yourself when stressed is goal here.

I get what you’re saying. When I say I’m hopeful I’ll get there I mean tame my GAD. Like right now. Laying in bed, totally normal day, whole bodies tense.
