This has to be the weirdest news story. Bruce Jenner is transitioning into a women. Nothing wrong with that but it’s just a little surprising. He won the decathlon in an eighties Olympics. He was one of the most famous people in America that year. “The Works Greatest Athlete”. He’s actually from my area, San Jose, Ca. In fact my sister ran into him in a local bar many years ago.
I saw that… did some looking up. He was a very famous runner in his day.
It odd to find out that people behind the all American press persona are going through just as much self doubt and identity searching as everyone else.
I do hope that peace of mind comes to Bruce now that the transition is happening.
