Broke my diet

I am run down with a real bad cold. I did manage to go to the gym today but i don’t have the energy to cook.

It’s not really a diet per say. Just since the start of January I have been avoiding take aways and pop.

I feel quite guilty about it cos I am going out on valentines to an Indian so that’s even more calories.

I have managed to loose 2kg so far but a long ways to go yet.

It’s really great that you’re trying to avoid them though. The effort counts a lot

I did an extreme diet for about 8 months. Now I eat more. The diet made me depressed and want to cry.

I don’t find what I’ve been doing too bad. I can still have enjoyable food at home as I usually don’t mind cooking.

I ordered a donner kebab in naan bread.

Yea I think extreme dieting is not necessarily for everyone. I need my mcdonalds and white choc mocha with whipped cream from time to time.

I ate 600-800 calories sometimes i ate nothing for 8 months i lost consciousness and fell on the floor when i had nothing all day
