Brain training for mental illness

Loneliness and social isolation are some of the biggest problems for many people experiencing the psychotic symptoms of mental illness. Difficulty in reading social cues and recognising facial expressions can mean falling out with families and losing jobs. A new brain training centre is offering programs specifically developed to address not only cognitive deficits, but people skills as well, and they’re already making a difference to everyday lives.
