fancy trailer houseā€¦might be efficientā€¦I was really intrigued by what used to be ā€œthe i houseā€ a concrete house that had the dimensions of a double wide trailerā€¦we were delusional and thinking about buying oneā€¦haha

could have one in the garden for a granny flat, my neighbours Mother is living in something like that. it would need lots of curtains iā€™d say.

If you had a couple of your friends living in a boxable house you could split up the costs between you. From what I understand these domiciles are engineered to give maximum living space for each person.

You might could put in a folding cot to increase sleeping area. I could live like that. Maybe you could use a specially designed combination couch and folding bed.

That would be all I need.

The problem is the price of the land to put it on and getting permission to in the UK.

Land is exorbitant and planning permissions strict.

I have been looking at another cheap home called ā€˜Geoshipā€™.
