How much do they cost? :thinking::thinking::thinking:

Supposedly about USD 50K. Scared to ask what shipping costs…

fancy trailer house…might be efficient…I was really intrigued by what used to be ā€œthe i houseā€ a concrete house that had the dimensions of a double wide trailer…we were delusional and thinking about buying one…haha

could have one in the garden for a granny flat, my neighbours Mother is living in something like that. it would need lots of curtains i’d say.

i’ve wondered if we could set up communities of Boxable homes for people just entering the work force.

With an idea of minimizing commuting time to work;

If you had a couple of your friends living in a boxable house you could split up the costs between you. From what I understand these domiciles are engineered to give maximum living space for each person.

I don’t think I want to share a bed with my friends.

You might could put in a folding cot to increase sleeping area. I could live like that. Maybe you could use a specially designed combination couch and folding bed.

You remember that I’m a homeowner, right?

I didn’t know that, but whatever suits you best.

A home is not a home without a man cave.

Word up!

That would be all I need.

The problem is the price of the land to put it on and getting permission to in the UK.

Land is exorbitant and planning permissions strict.

I have been looking at another cheap home called ā€˜Geoship’.
