What is it about, may I ask?
Did you find it therapeutic writing it?
Its my story. My life has been rather dramatic…over 40 psych hospitalizations and numerous physical ones. I have several autoimmune diseases and suffer from chronic pain…Basically I tell what happened and what I learned from it. It’s not too long 181 pages.
Sounds interesting. I’ve been wanting to write something about my own experiences as well but in the form of a novel. I can’t grasp a good plot though. I’d be interested in reading your book and promoting it as well.

Yes, I found it theraputic but I also really struggled about “going back there”…The first fifteen years of illness were hell and then I had a major break from 2006-2010 which was pretty dramatic. It was difficult firstly , to recall all the details and also just to think about stuff was painful. It took me four years to write it because I had to keep putting it away and walking away from it. Finally , it is done.

I will most certainly order from you. I’m a writer myself and just recently searched the website for books related to schizophrenia that weren’t “case-study” types. Very intrigued.

Hi - there are no rules being broken if you send people books. Just get their email addresses via Private Message - and email them the book if they want it.

The book is entitled “Treasures from Darkness” Be careful because there is another book called “Treasures of Darkness”
