Body temperature regulation problem

I know its getting colder weather here in England but im feeling completely out of sync.

My body temp is 35.8, on the border of low and normal. my oxygen is 92% bit low sometimes today. I took these because felt cold and weak since yesterday

Im worried its all the meds im on?

Im worried about Winter and having serious Pneumonia again like i did in January and stayed in hospital for a week on oxygen and meds

Im just feeling like i should come off Ap’s and ad’s im fed up of being emotionless, obese and this

well just bundle up and ask your doctor…I don’t know anything…glad to see you posting…did you decide to stay after all?

I feel cold but the flat is warm so i dont know whats wrong with me ?

check your temperature…you shouldn’t be cold if it’s warm…

My temperature was low but now its back up a bit but you know when your body doesnt feel right. I feel off like noodle soup

just bundle up..you might be getting sick..if you’re cold wear extra clothes.

You should be seen by a dr any time your blood oxygen level dips below 95%.

Antipsychotics can affect your ability to control your body temp.

I think your issues should be addressed by your primary Dr

Theres a list of things i dont know if i have any because i havent seen anyone about it, i feel warm currently and breathing ok but yesterday i was all out of sync, felt cold, breathless

I will mention it to a doctor next time i see them
