Bladder infection

So I’ve been struggling with sever bladder infections and I’ve been to the doc a few times. I go when my kidneys start hurting because I assume it’ll get better, when the symptoms actually get worse. My doc noticed I always had pus coming out of my bladder. She said my white blood count was up so now I’m worried I may have bladder cancer. She told me I shouldn’t worry but I worry so much about getting cancer.

@Cici2, Elevated white blood cell count and pus indicates infection and usually not cancer.

Also, I just noticed I already posted a question like this. Oops!

I have a urinary infection at the moment too.
I used to have them often and many years ago I thought it was someone doing black magic on me and stabbing a doll etc
I don’t think that anymore🙂

I have been on antibiotics for two days but the symptoms have not eased.
Hope Its not resistant to the medication.

It sucks and can really hurt and golly knows how many times I go to the toilet at night.

Hope we will feel better soon and that we don’t have cancer.

Now I am a bit worried if I have bladder cancer because I have urinary infection symptoms but tests have shown I do not have a urinary infection so now I will make a appointment with my go and ask to have a ultrasound of my bladder taken.

Good idea. I am getting my bladder checked next week to see why so many uti’s and bladder infections. Better to be on the safe side.
