Bipolar Awareness Day

National Bipolar Awareness Day

In recognition of National Bipolar Awareness Day, the IBPF is introducing our own version of Say it Forward: Say it Forward! Take the time today to educate one person about bipolar disorder. If that person does the same, and so on, think of how much change we can create. Organized by International Bipolar Foundation.

It’s the 9th as far as I know.

Whew! I have quite a bit of trouble with the time-clocks stop working suddenly, lose time then add time, same with my iPhone and iPad. I have only one watch I can wear, it is analog, because the digital one’s never last more than a day or two before all the numbers “fall off”.

Sorry… my bad…

I edited the title and took out today…

I guess my dyslexia kicked in. It’s Oct 9.
