drink water
eat vegetables
reduce carbs
low salt
low saturated fat
eat every four hours
exercise regularly
Lots of water. AP’s dehydrate the body a lot
Don’t smoke and exercise regularly. Eat healthy. Take your meds.
This is sound advice for sure. I would also add doing therapy if only to reduce stress levels. Lower stress, better health.

We arent meant to just sit on couches. Gotta move!

Trying to go vegan. I have been eating tofu and broccoli salad for lunch with long grain rice.
Push yourself, but understand where the limits are.
I’m also trying to go vegan. I am starting with two vegan meals per day.
There’s lots of health benefits with the vegan diet, like lower cholesterol, lower risk of stroke and heart attack, smaller bmi.
I also agree with @Frenzy and @broken exercise is the best for phsyical and mental health! And it makes you want to eat healthy too.

Thing is ehat I’m saying here I’ve been unable to do for myself ….
Which be be understanding and empathetic to thy self yet encouraging to exercise and do thing good for self .
Stay away from people who abuse uou or try enslave or disrespectful etc and learn to set boundaries and say no .
If one’s been groomed to “tolerate “ pure evil and love love love unconditionally and put up with abuse then reprogram self somehow and say no this is not acceptable way to treat me .
I deserve love care authenticity respect happiness etc
Vegan or vegetarian for animals n good morals n health n planet n animals n self .
Isolate if needed to rest if they sucking you dry so to say then you gotta rest if ya gotta .
If you are all alone isolated excluded hated and abused etc then try keep faith that who you are and all you are will come back to your real body and your people will unite with uou and putrid mf will nolonger have access .
Don’t hate !even if they are putrid beyond comprehension a whole people of deep liars n fakes still don’t hate bug find your cool .
And find a better way .
If you can find a voice uou comfortable with try listen to positive affirmations.
Try to keep faith and hope .
You may feel alone etc almost but believe in greatness miracles and better things for you and United I. True self .
