The psychiatrist from 20 years ago don’t know the psychiatrist you have today and vice versa.

I don’t really understand what you’re trying to say. But changing psychiatrists is a big step to me. Only did it twice in 12 years.

I never get the same pdoc more than twice but they all have seen my records.

First: sza
Second: undifferentiated
Third: undifferentiated
Fourth: paranoid

I’ve been underwhelmed by a psychiatrist before. Shop around if you can. Not every pdoc is a perfect fit.

I’ve been switching pdocs every couple of years, but that’s because my wife’s having to relocate for work takes us across the province and back again. (We currently live 5 hours drive from our previous residence up north.)
Moved west in 2013. Moved north in 2019. Moved south in 2020. REALLY hoping we’re not moving again next year. Kind of sick of it.
