So I purchased beta-alanine today and took about 2 g.
It honestly works the same as Taurine but less is needed.
2g of Beta-Alanine is the equivalent of 5g of Taurine.

Okay update us on long run…
@far_cry it acts like a benzo, I think it’s mainly used for anxiety.
It’s very similiar to L Theanine but it doesn’t act on the dopamine receptors, purely GABA.

I take 1600mg and it acts like a benzo. I’m hoping there will be long term benefits too.
