I vote for cruise. I’ve been on one and it was great
The beach is great.
I went to south Korea n it was fun. with my best friend from childhood. Was more of a religious excursion. I’ve never had an international holiday that was purely a holiday
Alaska is my dream vacation. I worked out in the Aleutian islands for 4 months.
I really want to visit Sitka.
I absolutely love new york city. Its where I planned to live had I not gotten sick. I go there on trips occasionally. I have some friends that live on the lower east side (they are pretty wealthy) and its nice to see them and explore the city.
I lived in Manhattan for 14 years. I like the suburbs where I am now. It was originally my goal to live in nyc for 2 years but I got sucked in. So much good and bad at the same time
I am a huge fan of the beach! Any beach!
I used to live in downtown Boston and I honestly miss riding the subway and wandering about every day. I know I’ll probably never be able to afford to live like that again but it was fun while it lasted. The city can really wear you down though and New York is a lot to take in.
I used to like skiing a lot and spent some time in South of France going around on a motorbike
These days walking in the mountains in summer is my favourite kind of holiday
But i also love northern Norway South Africa and tropical islands in the Maldives
Any of them
Also would not overlook the big and small countries in Europe for city breaks or village hideaway holidays or exploring your own country or with a group - retreat type things.
Holidays are great
The Bathroom. Away from my children.
I like to go to the beach about once a year.
Manhattan is fun too for a few days when the weather is nice.
I don’t work right now so every day is a vacation.
In my best life, I’d travel to Britain and India, but in reality I just want to be in my lying down work setup trying to figure things out. CSF headaches are robbing my living quality.
I’m going to Chicago in March. Any ideas on what I should do there?
Rush street is where all the bars are but I don’t drink anymore. Went to boot camp there. A lot of crime in that city. Be careful.
I visited Chicago ! I visited the tallest building there which had a facility for tourists. Also there’s a kind of sea world type thing there. I visited that. Then I took my life into my hands and visited a jazz place at night.
But I was staying in a hotel in the city itself. The suburbs seemed very unsafe to me.
Mustang Ranch…………
Every American author told us about hot summer night in LA. I want to live that stuff
I spent a night in Japan. Amazing night and would like to go back.
The beach would be nice. In VA we used to drive to a place called Ocean City, Maryland. They have boardwalks and beach hotels and great restaurants. We used to go once a year as a family, I’d get a separate room with my grandad while my mom and stepdad were in another room with my brothers. We’d go out early morning he’d get coffee and we’d go along the beach while I collected shells in a bucket.
