Ultimately we come down to the thorny question “What is intelligence?” A question the academic community is yet to definitively resolve. I think it’s a question that will tax even the greatest minds (actual or self proclaimed) for many decades to come.
IQ tests are not perfect . but is there really a better alternative for measuring intellectual ability ? In terms of career success ‘intelligence’ will only get you so far . Emotional intelligence/social skills also factor in how well you do career wise.
