I’ve never been to Hull but I know it’s not one of the most pleasant cities.
There are some truly nice northern places - Scarborough, Liverpool, Lancaster…
Would you class Norfolk as north? That is a really nice place too.
I think most places I’ve lived in are nice places to live.

The nearest beach to me is a 2 hour drive away… I live in the center of the UK just about.
you must be in the centre if it takes a 2 hour drive to reach the coast. it’s a small island.

Sweden is a nice place to live. Scandinavian countries in general are ideal for living with mental illness. It’s geographic position in the northern hemisphere with its cool temperature and laid back culture edge it for me. The country has a brilliant health care. People are friendly and less stressed. Unlike London…
