Besides fishing what are somethings that will teach me patience???

I have trouble reading too…no concentration…don’t beat yourself up…
to learn patience…hmmm…that’s a toughie…I have no patience either…interested what answers this thread will bring.

I’m trying to read through a textbook. I try timing myself for 15 mins and taking a 5 min break.

A really great way to learn patience is to take the short course in nursing assistance and become a nursing assistant. You will either learn the art of patience or you will surely fail in your chosen profession.

If you r not angry with ur life u r satisfied and u r patient
Be satisfied nd be patient
For me, to do anything well requires patience. I draw, write, play guitar, do my own mechanic/handyman stuff. To be good at any of it requires patience. Find your thing and do the â– â– â– â– out of it.
Practicing meditation will certainly train you to be patient. Actually it makes you clam, and when you are clam, you become more patient.
