Hi
I tried metformin for my weight gain but it didn’t work…now I am trying Berberine…anyone else had any experience with it?

So - this looks like a supplement that has very broad spectrum effects - but I don’t see any evidence on it helping with weight loss in humans. Let us know how it goes.
