Benefits of plants & herbs etc for sleep, stress and anxiety

Lavender essential oil has a calming effect. I put a few drops on a tissue and smell it to calm and destress, its good under your pillow or beside your bed. Its supposed to be good for many things google if you want to read about it

When i was a kid we used to smell olbas oil whenever we had a cold or blocked nose, you can buy these from any good retailer or pharmacy

I sometimes use valerian or passion flower capsules before bedtime. It helps.

I’ve read about lavender. Maybe I’ll try it on my pillow sometime.

I love Lavender essential oil! I put a few drops of it in little water in a diffuser with a tiny candle under it and the smell wafts through the room and relaxes me. Love it! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Lemon balm tea is effective

Camomile tea as well helps with stress and a whole bunch of other things. Im going to try that again and buy some

Lemontea is good for lowering blood pressure i never knew that, worth a go!
