Benefits of case manager?

Gonna ask my pdoc about case manager are there any benefits of haveing one? I would like to get taken to my appointments that would be nice and perhaps a chat every now and then to see how I’m doing.

I hardly see my new case manager.
She’s not showing up for our appointments.
I need rides to my doctor!

I had to get transportation through my Medicaid when I had it. Mine didn’t drive me. But she would come to my house, just like my current case manager for our appointments
