Iā€™m too apologetic and soft, I need to learn to be more direct and set boundaries.

I also vape, I should really quit that. And the junk food.
I like easy solutions, and anything that takes effort from me is bad, according to my head. I need to quit that attitude and start doing more healthy things for myself.

I would love to stop smoking cause I smoke 2packs a day. My pdoc also doesnā€™t want to put me on wellbutrin :frowning:

Iā€™m working on not overthinking about everything. I worry too much. Worrying causes problems instead of fixing them.

Going over a week without washing my hair

Pressing my lips together over and over (in anxiety)
Going to bed too late
Waking up too late
Not hanging up my clothes after washing and drying them
