Just came back from seeing my pdoc.
She is placing me on Depakote ER, a powerful Mood Stabilizer.
She wants to see how I do without an Antipsychotic for a while.
The Withdrawals have been torture so far - she said that it’s going to take another 2 weeks or so before the worst part is over.
I’ve been on Depakote for years in the past, it was very effective for me.
Hopefully it will also help with my insomnia.

I was on depakote for my seizures - it helped a lot only side effect I had was nausea
