I’m an avid cooker, so I love experimenting with food. Some dishes turn out really good, some are not so pleasant, and others are alright.
Today, I stumbled on some awesome sauce while cooking chicken and veggies.
Take;
5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
The measurements are rough, but if you’re eyeing it out; the apple cider is the biggest quantity, worcestershire sauce and soy sauce are equal parts and the sriracha is the smallest amount.
It tastes amazing. You get a full kick of sweetness as you bite in, and the hot sauce slowly creeps in and lingers as the after taste.
Do y’all have any good sauce recipes to share?
