I am struggling with avolition and anhedonia. What has helped with yours?

Wellbutrin and Latuda help. But I still have it.

Mine have gotten better without any special med. Over time they are way better and I am able to hold a job with my father.

I got prescribed Trazadone 100mg for negative symptoms and for issues sleeping (im not depressed), I have noticed an improvement in mine.
On day two of Wellbutrin to help with depression and avolition. So far, no change.
