Mine become so bad when I stay up late thinking in bed. I can think the most horribly gruesome thoughts. I’m so tired. But I slept from 6pm-11pm and now I’m awake.
Anyone else awake?

It’s 9pm in my time zone!! Sorry about the bad thoughts. Night time is always the worst for me too
It’s just after midnight here. Night time is when things are the worst. But then again I guess that’s why most scary movies take place at night.
Night makes the thoughts flow easier… my brain decides if they’re going to be good or bad.
How was the weather today?
Do you think because things are quieter? Day time is so noisy. The weather was so nice today also. 25°C and super sunny. I wore a dress and went hiking it was nice.
I saw bear tracks and too many white trucks that started to make my mind go off which led me to sleeping a lot today. I’m hoping the weather is nice tomorrow so I can try again with a nice day.
How was your day?
Hmm… I don’t know. I think you’re on to something with horror movies… there’s just something spooky about night time that’s ingrained into us.
The weather was nice here too, not quite as warm but it’s been kinda stormy the last couple days. Showered and went for a walk! Do you think you’ll go hiking again tomorrow?
I hope I do it was nice going for a hike.
I am also going to try taking my meds at different times now and see if it helps with sleep.
Cool! Do you do a lot of hiking?
That’s good. I’ve been trying to get my sleep under control lately, too.
I used to. Especially as a child. I still walk everyday now but I am just not as active.
Ooofff I know that feeling too I’m trying to walk more places, take the bus less. Less sugars…
Sugar is toxic and I eat way too much of it. Where do you live? It’s cold here in Ontario most of the year and then very hot for a short time. I’m looking forward to the heat.
Ayyyyyy! We’re here in B E A U T I F U L British Columbia!! It’s mostly just rain here. Sometimes we see the sun
Shout outs from the other side of the country
The quality and positivity of my thoughts has improved substantially ever since I started drinking a gallon of ionized water a day. It’s been a little over a month, and my frequency of intrusive thoughts is much less now (it used to be every 5 seconds, and now I can concentrate for minutes without a single intrusive thought), and my head pain, which was formerly a 7.5 out of 10 constantly, for 3 solid years, is now a 1 to 3 out of 10, low enough that I can actually forget about the pain when reading now.
I feel like it is healing my brain injury, gradually.
Also, the ionized water is cheaply available at a water store, something like $10 for 5 gallons, which is worth it for how medicinal it is.
I’ve been drinking litres a day of regular water before finding ionized water, and it didn’t do anything appreciable for my brain injury.
Unfortunately there are no scientific studies that can vouch for my success, only testimonials on the web.
I know that I get really fuzzy when I’m dehydrated… I’m glad you found something that works for you!!
I will look into this thank you so much! Water is crucial for a healthy life.
Awesome! I haven’t been to BC yet. Was hoping to visit my husbands cousin in Alberta this year. I used to live in Manitoba that’s as far from Ontario I’ve lived probably. It was cold and flat!
Haha! I don’t hear a lot of good things about Manitoba I’ve been to every province except Manitoba, Quebec, and New Brunswick. I would like to end up in Toronto some day.
I like toronto. I don’t really care for Quebec.
