Hmm… “improvement in schizophrenia symptoms but not in quality of life.”
I’m having a hard time understanding that.
Thoughts, anyone ?
Maybe.
Incompatibility behavioral responses of the person to the effects of the real world events,it is what is explained/understood as a cognitive impairment
But the incompatibility is not primary due to a malfunction of the sensory processes, but rather to a malicious change in the data of the mental concept of the idea that addresses the content of the sensory inputs
This is happening with every idea be used by the psychological user most time of waking
(for a while not for lifetime)
What are you trying to say?
No cognitive process will occur as normal as long as the neurotransmitter that carry information between the cells of transmitters/ receivers are busy with transmitting the data of the sz pathogen (hallucinations) between the same cells .
( the data of hallucinations:dynamic imagination ,vocal thoughts and false feelings)
As a result, the person loses the ability to direct the attention arrow towards any sensory input, and therefore cannot be mentally addressed /produce appropriate behavior responses
Apparent, the person appears to the eye of the external viewer as to be indifferent ,insensitive and not interesting with the influences of the daily life event
Wrongly, the external viewer believes that this negative behavior is a result of cognitive impairment ,while the person cannot deal with the sensory input
Cognitive change is the most important event that occurring in the sz without dispute,it is a negative mutation in the self-knowledge
Cognitive change,it was the main goal that the sz pathogen seeks to implement in the human victim
But,the term (cognitive impairment) is limited to explaining the core nature of the internal phenomena that occur in the cognitive tissue (the content of memory information that be acquired with experience/education),or in the way in which the concepts of self-knowledge are used by the person to explanation the reality events or respond with its effects
From early childhood,an information memory was created about the world of things, when the sz occurs:
what is the nature of the internal phenomena that caused the person to use this cognitive memory in a way that is far from reality during identifying the world of sensory influences and deviation in responding behaviorally with most daily life events ?
Usually, the person has at least received some degree of secondary or university education>
So that,it is unacceptable to think that this person has passed the different stages of education while he suffering from cognitive deficiencies
