I (finally) finished college last month for my Associates degree. I started in 1984! Anyways, my disability counselor just sent me some information on the graduation ceremonies coming up in June, 2023 including a 2 1/2 hour video of the 2022 graduation so I will have an idea of what to expect. The ceremonies looked pretty cool! I missed out on my high school graduation, I’m not going to miss out on my college graduation! My sister is going to fly in from Mexico especially just to attend and cheer me on and my therapist and my other sister said she will go to. It’s in 5 months, I have time to prepare.

I’m going to mine in March in London. I actually graduated in 2020 but couldn’t attend due to Covid. So now that travel has opened up I’ll be wearing a gown!
