So mad right now. I’m at urgent care waiting to get my ankle x-rayed it got super swollen about a week ago and it’s been getting worse. So mad that I can run right now

You should have an alernative form of cardio, someone mentioned boxing aerobics for when you are injured.
Yea I have been swimming but even that aggravated my ankle
I understand. There was a point when I lost 100 pounds in 2018, that my back had to get realigned because of running stairs too much. It sucked. But maybe try pushups on your knees, that could help because your ankle is temporarily out of service.

No fracture, it’s possible it’s a soft tissue injury, They said 7-10 days of rest
Soft tissue injuries can be really painful. Hopefully your swelling goes down quickly
Yes my ankle is magically so much better today so I have some hope!
