At outpatient clinic

I came an hour early on the bus because I overestimated the bus ride. The never-ending story is playing on the tv. There is a paper tree hung up it’s called the tree of hope. People have put up leaves with their hopes! What a nice thing to have in an outpatient clinic.
This time, I’m going to ask about my cat, as I forgot to last time.
I’m also going to ask how being married will affect my medi.cal my husband works and makes not a lot but more than I do.
I always feel vulnerable and a little on edge when I’m here. Bad memories of hard times, I guess.
I just burped loudly by accident and had to apologize to the waiting room…:flushed:
I got like 3 hours of sleep and I’m jittery from caffeine.
Might be getting a bit manic. I’ll mention my lack of sleep when I’m called.

Good luck with the appointment. I have one every 2-3 months.

Forgot about my cat! Oops.
Found out abilify injections cost over 1,000 dollars.
My pdoc is nice, she talks to me about my life for a few minutes before we talk about medicine. She gives a human touch to her patients!

My pdoc is also nice. He also always checks in about my life and what I’m doing. He tells me he’s very proud of me for continuing to try to get a job and become independent.

Sounds like the appointment went well. Glad you have a good pdoc. Sounds like she really cares.
