ARGH... I like to think I am mature and sensible

I feel like I am reverting to pre-teens…

I AM 32 YEARS OLD…

Some men like preteens…
But you wouldn’t want to get involved with their kind…
They usually end up in jail or worse…

Stay young @anon80629714. Nobody wants to grow old and you do not have to act your age.

it feels like a switch went off and I’ve turned back time …

Yeah I know what you mean … but I’m 32 and look 32 so it’s not classed as that

what makes someone mature anyway?

In my culture:

relationship :heavy_check_mark:
car :heavy_check_mark:
house :heavy_check_mark:
career :heavy_check_mark:
Skills: :heavy_check_mark:
and emotionally available :heavy_check_mark:

it is not right  That is in my culture as a 30 year old woman.
What about your culture plus I thought you had some investments?

Kids is what is considered successful mainly : Family + Marriage + Kids.

Having 1/3 property isn’t considered owning whole property. I am not in work but I am looking. I guess once I fine work I’ll feel better.

Ok. But I don’t want kids as I said I don’t feel it would be fair on the kids if I had them when I can barely look after myself.

what do you consider successful? It is completely subjective you know?!

I am a loser for example because I am not happy. To me, being happy is success at any age!

@MissMermaid I hate your message.
Everyone qualifies as mature.
I flagged your posts I hope they are deleted

Successful is an individual thing I guess. To me I’d feel successful if I let go of my need for a partner completely … Im not gonna lie I get lonely sometimes … but I want to try to be happy in myself first. Learn to like myself. At the end of the day if I’m not happy with what I have I’m not really gonna be happy regardless … a partner isn’t gonna be the solution. I’ve seen lots of divorces and breakups so having a partner isn’t a guaranteed success. I want to be dependent on no one but myself.

Hi @Erez_Shmerling I was talking about my culture, has nothing to do with anybody. I am talking about myself :unamused:

I find your posts and your culture offensive.
To clarify, you can say that this is success FOR YOU, but don’t force your norms onto others.

You’re not a loser. If you’re not happy , you can work towards it. We’re not in a race
