I live by this code. If it wasn’t noisy during the day I would sleep the whole day and stay up the whole night

I am the opposite. I can sleep the whole time it’s dark. I am going to go to bed in about 15 minutes and it isn’t even dark yet. When I wake up it will be light again.
My wife doesn’t let me go to bed early when I am at home though. It is at least dark when I go to bed usually.

My sleep schedule is messed up, so i’m forced to be nocturnal.

Im more of an early bird. Im im bed by 5pm and usually up 3-4am in the morning…

I am the complete opposite!!! Around this time of year when the days are long I sleep through the dark hours!!
Actually cats are crepuscular (it means relating to the twilight). They like the dawn and dusk hours when they are most active/on the hunt. Maybe why your cat has so much energy when you’re waking up

I go to sleep very early and wake up very early too. So i’m not nocturnal at all.
I’m not nocturnal although I used to be beforehand. I’m an early bird
