Are you happy with your meds?

I seem to have gotten in a better headspace and am happy with my meds. I just can’t handle any stress. Sleep 12 hours.

I take:
12 mg Invega
12.5 mg Clozapine
150 mg Wellbutrin
5 mg Tranxene
And some supplements

I was wondering if people on this forum are in general happy with their meds?

I am reasonably happy with my low dose abilify. Only problem I’m really having with it at the current time is that I seem to not be able to sleep more than 2 or 3 hours without waking up anymore. Seems to be bad dream related, and I suspect the Ap may be causing the dreams. IDK.

We’re at the opposites of the spectrum from insomnia to hypersomnia!

I should have/meant to say “2 or 3 hours at a time without waking up”. I usually get a fair amount of sleep eventually. It’s just in increments :confused:

I wake up several times at night as well. I think it’s the Invega. Also causes vivid dreams.

Glad to hear you’re getting enough sleep. Kinda important.

i am happy with my medications the only complaint is weight gain which i am working on reducing it .the only exception is metformin it caused severe insomnia still presisted even after discontinuation!!

The only way I was able to lose weight was through going for long walks. I recommend it to everyone on APs.

I’m relatively happy with my meds.
I’ve gotten to used to the sexual side effects that risperidone creates.

Depakote is a big weight gaining med but I’ve managed to lose some weight in spite of the side effects.

Rusperidone aint that bad for sexual function, I have only retrograde ejaculation from it

My psych med’s are mostly okay, but they have put me on a couple of inhalers, and now they’re refusing to let me have one of them. I think Symbicort has black market value. I’m debating with myself if I am going to file a complaint. I don’t know. The Symbicort is making my very moody, and it’s not really pleasant to take. I might just do without it. But when I don’t get my Symbicort I have to bend over and gasp for air just taking a short walk.

I take 819mg of invega trinza every twelve weeks and 3mg of risperadone daily. I like them, the best meds regimen I’ve been on.

I’m quite happy with my medication, but there is still some tinkering with my mood disorder medication. I take:

  • Venlafaxine 225 mg
  • Lithium Carbonate 1 g
  • Ziprasidone 160 mg
  • Clozapine 300 mg

Diazepam as a PRN medication.

Yes, I’m pretty happy with my combo (finally)

120 mg Latuda
6 mg Vraylar
10 mg Trintellix
1 mg Ativan PRN
also some supplements, like omeprazole, NAC, and fish oil
