I am totally depressed about my life and my country
And my doctor is 85 y old and no one i felt good with except him :cry::cry::cry:
Other doctors think i am not ill

I’m okay even though many days can be a struggle. I don’t know much about Egypt but every country has its problems. I see many of those things you listed in America though depending where you are they can be experienced differently. Do you have any family members that are supportive?

they all supportive
but they think i am not seriously ill despite voices in my head interrogate me daily non stop
