I have an (ancient) history of anger sometimes coupled with (never dangerous) (due to my femaleness I suppose) violence. Whether or not that was ever due to mania, hypomania or paranoia or some combination thereof or none of the above I don’t know. I was never any good at being self aware. I know I’ve never been hospitalized for mania. Only for suicidal thoughts and two attempts.
