Are sweets good for us?

I tasted this amazing dip on Saturday, mixed friut chutney mixed with philadelphia cheese, man i cant wait to make my own it was amazing, looking forward to it

The lady where I got a scan done in the hospital two days ago called me sweetheart. I love it when women do that.

I never ever eat sweets anymore. I know it seems extreme but its the only way to stop eating them as an addict

I consume a lot of sugar - probably more than is good for me. Consuming anything to excess is bad. I think you can even O.D. on water, if you consume huge amounts of it.
