Out in the desert in one of those big South Western States, we found remnants of the Sinaqua Indians.
They has a spring or rather a pond of fresh water from an underground river.

I like that too, but need to limit my caffeine because of issues with irregular heartbeat.
Orange pekoe with a spot of milk is popular here. Red Rose and Tetley’s are the big brands. I drink a lot of caffeine free green and herbal teas. My fave brands are Costco for green tea (Kirkland’s), Twinning’s for herbal, and David’s whenever I can get near one of their outlets. I order a lot from Amazon. I prefer loose leaf over a bag whenever possible to minimize waste.
I miss Red Rose! Used to be my favourite brand.
