Apparently my kitty is too good for her cat tree

She is just laying on her blankie on the back of the sofa completely ignoring the cat tree.

They get on it when you don’t expect. I had a cat ignore hers and toys during the day but after everyone went to bed she’d jingle balls everywhere and snuggle on the tree. I caught her.

It is funny how they sleep a lot in the day and play at night

It’s how they survive from predators

Is attacking my feet under the covers when I’m trying to go to sleep also how they survive predators? lol because if I’m thinking that’s a good way to get eaten by the sleeping bear roaaar!

Put some catnip on the cat tree. Maybe that will entice her.

I just got some cat nip delivered today. It’s basically her first experience with cat nip. I showed her the cat nip and she seemed disinterested in it. It’s my understanding that it doesn’t have an effect on young cats. I think she’s still too little for it. But I did put some on the tree just in case.

Lol! My cats used to attack my hair in the middle of the night

lol, your hair? omg. One night I had to tuck my feet under me. She was biting my toes through the blankets. She has sharp little teeth.

We don’t give the cats catnip. It is not clear what it does to their brains, or if it is harmful to them, in some way.

In psychosis, I wondered if it had the same effect on them, as hard drugs do on people.

My cat used to dig under the covers and bite my wrists only during the daytime when I had to sleep during the day to make up for lost sleep. He didn’t like me sleeping in the daytime.
