Anyone using cbt (cognitive behavioral therapy)for anxiety or binge eating?

i m using for my anxiety lately and my core beliefs seems to change a bit.i just need to focus on journal thing.i have no physical anxiety because of prozac but i ve had residue of anxiety and cbt helps lot to my mental misery

Yes I used CBT and Life Coaching courses.

I go through this guy’s courses every year at least once.

And get better every year.

I keep a journal too and it is a big help to me.

I’m doing it at the moment for PTSD (which anxiety is a part of) . We are doing cognitive restructuring and I’m finding it very helpful. It’s about changing those core thoughts and beliefs by introducing alternative ones.
