Anyone use caffeine pills?

i m trying to quit coffee and i want to use caffeine pills instead.anyone used caffeine pills for this purpose before?chatgpt says too much caffeine cause coma or death so i m pretty much frightened

I take them. You can calculate the dose. 100mg is equivalent to 1 medium cup coffee. It’s recommended to not take more than 400mg daily. I only take about 150mg daily.

Start out at low dose to see how you react to it. Pills usually come in 100 or 200mg each.

Coffee is way safer. It’s way harder to overdose. Especially if you have heart problems id stay away from them. Too much can cause a heart attack and it’s easy to pop a few pills and get several hundred mg …too much imo

I use caffeine pills, 2 a day. No problems unless I go over 600mg I feel manic

I take one or two pills at 200mg per pill.

Helps me wake up.

I alternate between diet soda n coffee, having tried them without any real effect.

I don’t think there’s a need to quit coffee. Coffee is healthy in moderation. And you can always drink decaf throughout the day

I drink two cups of coffee in the morning. Too much caffeine makes my anxiety worse. So, no, I don’t take caffeine pills.

I use it as a substitute for coffee because I can’t drink it with my ulcer. I have green tea too, but I prefer caffeine pill now. It’s more conveniant. Green tea only has 40mg in a cup.

Used to use them when i was working nights nursing. Dont over do them tho - too many used to cause anxiety and panic attacks.

Only in the sense that you get caffeine without drinking coffee. If that’s why you are drinking it, you may not feel the need to drink it if you take pills.

I prefer drinking caffeine. Taking pills just dumps it into your system at once. I can better control its effect throughout the day and how much to put in my system by drinking it.

i only take caffeine pills if i run out of energy drink packets. i take 100 mg caff pill and 1,000 mg taurine. perfect combo but i prefer the drinks
