I am on risperidone tables has anyone been able to boost your mood with a supplement? I was looking at 5-HTP supplement or GABA supplement… I open to others also.
iv tried ginkgo biloba and turmeric with little change i think l-theanine high dose should work a bit
I was told by the pharmacist that sam e doesn’t interact with risperidone, but it’s expensive. 5htp lowers other neurotransmitters when taken long term. I love st John’s wort but it lowers risperidone levels.
I’ve tried l-theanine it worked for me 1 time, then never again Hmmmm no matter how much i take or when & how i take it, now if i take it, gives me anxiety
Also tumeric curcumin is very good for us in theory however makes me agitated & my family member the same when we both tried it
