Anyone tried the Keto diet?

I’m going to try the Keto diet, I have read about it and it seems like it might help me lose some of the weight I’ve put on since taking antipsychotics. I understand I can eat plenty of meat, fish, dairy and little or no carbs, but I’m just wondering what I can replace these with? ie if I make a main meal with any of these what could I have with it instead of rice or pasta or potatoes? Just looking for ideas, hints and tips. Thanks!

My mom is doing it. I guess you need to take supplements with the diet.

I’m taking a multivitamin daily, I just started taking them a few months ago to give my immune system a boost after catching flu.

You will probably lose weight but when you’ll return to the old diet you’ll gain it back… I would rather find more sustainable ways to cut calories on a healthy diet.
