it doesn’t really do much for my obsessive thoughts, compared to luvox or zoloft

I have found Fluoxetine ok for depression, but it does not help me much with anxiety.
I find Paroxetine or Fluvoxamine work best for me.
Fluoxetine can cause nausea and take a long time to work.
