That looks amazing @GoldenRex. I’m not much of a cook though. If I get a more traditional tea should it have black pepper in it so it will get absorbed?

Its a super easy recipe, even for someone who doesn’t cook,

If you gave it a try, I’m sure you’d like it!

And yes, you should use black pepper to help with absorption.

Most turmeric teas already contain it.

I just found this, but it’s probably less expensive to make it yourself.
