Anyone on cpap?

I got rediagnosed with sleep apnea this year after getting surgery for it in my 20s. I’m getting a new cpap later this month.

Did anyone notice improvements in overall symptoms after using it? How long did it take to start feeling better?

I’ve been struggling with brain fog, low energy and anhedonia on and off for a while now. Tried multiple ADs the last 5 years, but none fixed everything and they all had side effects. There’s definitely crossover between symptoms of depression, sz negatives, and osa so its difficult to know what’s the main cause, but I’m hoping the cpap will fix some of this.

I started exercising more this year and lost a decent amount of weight, but I’m still feeling fried during the day and getting insomnia a couple times a week. My pressure isn’t too bad this time so I’m going to attempt to stick with it. Anything I should look out for?

Make sure you follow the cleaning schedule and replace the parts on schedule too.
